Iron infusion pricing at a glance
| Step | Cost | What it covers |

| Intake Lab Panel | $100 | A full iron workup drawn at our Denver clinic if you don't have recent labs. Fast 8–12 hours before your draw. Applies toward treatment. |
| Iron infusion | From $775 | Your price depends on the dose and infusion series our nurse practitioner prescribes. |

Why iron infusion prices vary
No two iron plans are the same, so prices aren't one-size-fits-all. The main things that affect your cost are:
- Your lab results. How low your iron stores are shapes how much iron you need.
- Your dose and number of infusions. Some people need one infusion; others need a short series.
- Whether you need labs first. Recent labs (within 90 days) mean you can start with the $50 review instead of the $100 panel.
- Packages. If your plan includes more than one infusion, a package lowers the per-infusion cost.
How it works at Infusion IV
1. Start with labs
Already have iron labs from the last 90 days? Book the $50 intake and send them over. No recent labs? Book the $100 Intake Lab Panel and we'll draw your blood at our lounge at 663 E 19th Ave.
2. Nurse practitioner review
Our nurse practitioner reviews your results, decides whether you're a good candidate, and prescribes a dose and infusion series.
3. Choose your plan and book
Our nurses call you to walk through your care plan and answer questions. Once you choose a plan, we schedule your infusions. Lab draws and iron infusions are by appointment only, not walk-in.
4. Your infusion
Most iron infusions take 2–4 hours, depending on dose. You'll relax in our lounge while a licensed nurse monitors you the whole time.
Can I use HSA or FSA for an iron infusion?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for iron labs and iron infusions.
Is an iron infusion worth it compared to pills?
Oral iron can take months to work and is often hard on the stomach. IV iron goes straight into the bloodstream and skips the gut, which is why many people choose it when pills haven't helped. Our nurse practitioner will help you decide which option makes sense for you.
